Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at dinosat.com and the content and materials we make available through it (the "Website"), operated by Dinosat Inc. ("Dinosat," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
The Website provides information about Dinosat and our research in Boolean satisfiability solving and formal verification, along with open-source tools and related resources. Any paid engagement, professional service, or verification work we perform for a client is governed by a separate written agreement between Dinosat and that client, and those agreements control in the event of any conflict with these Terms. Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Website is described in our Privacy Policy at dinosat.com/privacy.
Some of the software we publish, including the tools available through our repositories, is released as open source. These Terms and our Privacy Policy govern only the Website at dinosat.com; they do not govern our tools. Your use of each tool is governed by the license and any terms provided in its own repository, which you are responsible for reading and complying with, and nothing in these Terms limits any rights granted to you under an applicable open-source license. The one exception is that the disclaimers in Sections 4 and 8 and the limitation of liability in Section 9 also apply to your use of, and any output from, our tools, reflecting that no tool or output is a guarantee, warranty, or certification of correctness; these provisions limit our liability, not your rights under the license.
Our research, tools, and any analysis or verification output are provided for informational purposes and as an aid to engineering review. Formal methods and satisfiability-based analysis can surface certain classes of defects, but they cannot guarantee that any software is free of bugs, vulnerabilities, or unexpected behavior, and results depend on the properties, models, and assumptions provided. You remain solely responsible for testing, auditing, and validating your own systems. Nothing on the Website or produced by our tools constitutes legal, financial, investment, or professional security advice, or a warranty or certification of any system.
Except for open-source software and third-party materials, the content, text, design, and branding on the Website are owned by Dinosat or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and view the Website for your own informational use. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Website without our prior written permission. Third-party names and marks are the property of their respective owners.

The Website may link to third-party websites, repositories, and services that we do not control, including public blockchain networks. We provide these links for convenience and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Any interaction with a public blockchain is at your own risk; such transactions may be irreversible, may incur network fees, and are outside our control. We do not custody your assets or private keys.
The Website and all content and tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dinosat disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any result obtained through it will be accurate or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dinosat and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Website, whether based in contract, tort, or any other theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Website is limited to one hundred United States dollars (USD 100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dinosat and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or connected with your use of the Website or your violation of these Terms or of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the courts located in the Republic of Seychelles will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website, except where applicable law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent, and we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Dinosat regarding the Website.
